News: New Amsterdam Canceled
The Fox network has sealed the fate of New Amsterdam and it isn't good news.
Yesterday David Manson broke the news via email to another TV Blog.
New Amsterdam Forever are continuing to run their renewal campaign and you can do your part in saving the show by heading over there.
When will Fox learn that they aren't going to capture an audience if they don't give a show enough air time for people to fall in love with a show's characters or stories? New Amsterdam was doomed before it even began.
Fair well John Amsterdam - it was great while it lasted.

Yes. Unfortunately, I received word yesterday that Fox has officially cancelled NA. I know this will be a disappointment to the many fans who campaigned so ardently for its renewal. I can only express my gratitude for their passion and hope that perhaps some other network will let John Amsterdam live.It is possible that another network may let John continue his search for mortality. This is a huge disappointment for me as I was a huge fan of the show. It was finally something different, not another reality show.
