Grade A comedy. For someone who works in I.T. I can relate to `The IT Crowd` on so many levels. For nerds and non-nerds alike its a laugh a minute. Like Roy's shirt "R.T.F.M." meaning "Read The F*#&ing Manual" it all adds up to make this a hilarious piece of television brilliance.
This episode we're introduced to the team. Who quickly realise that the new department manager Jen has no idea about computers... Instantly they want to complain to the boss, but they learn Denholm wants everyone to be a team player, they soon change their mind.
Another chunk of comedy gold from the UK! Extra points for the creative nerdy intro!

I really thought that the first episode of The IT Crowd would be hard to top. But they were able to pull it off with another great episode. From Jen's crazed shoe love, to Moss's inability to deal with a fire I haven't laughed this hard in quite some time.
The IT Crowd is outrageously funny mostly because the situations the characters are put in are outrageously stupid and it works on so many levels. My favourite parts of this episode would have to be the opening scene with the grandma "Has this ever happened to you?" and the new emergence number. Also have to mention Moss's email in regards to the fire.
I'm officially addicted and look forward to my fix of The IT Crowd next week.
